Online dating in my opinion is the best way to find someone you actually like, before even meeting them in person. This of course has its advantages and disadvantages. A single picture may have you drooling, but until you get that "3D" image, your in the dark. Getting to know someone via emails and text may be a little hard for some, but communication is key to any kind of relationship. There are still many out there that turn a blind eye to the internet and anyone that uses it for dating purposes, and I think they are still stuck doing it the hard way. If you want to find someone as a rebound maneuver or look for long lasting love, where else is something so accessible? Meeting people for the first time, no matter how many pics and conversations, it unfortunately always comes down to chemistry. Of course sometimes sexual attraction is enough. Here is a list created over the years of personal trial and error that has led me to success with short relationships, a few long ones, and a bunch of friends. Networking never hurt anyone.
